Bore Surface Optical Sensor
Hommel-Etamic’s(www.hommel-etamic.com)IPS-10 internal inspection system is designed for automated optical inspection of bores with a diameter range of 14 to 50 mm and depths of 450 mm, with a cycle time of only seconds per part. The system is capable of automatically detecting surface flaws, including cavities, scratches, valleys, edge flaws, and unmachined surfaces via a 360o panoramic optical system that’s inserted into the bore. |
