We would like to take this opportunity to diverge from things like unintended acceleration and deliberate downsizing to consider something a little more palatable: Cheese.

Specifically, Tillamook Cheese from Oregon, cheese that comes from the Tillamook Country Creamery Association, which was established as a farmer-owned cooperative in 1909.

Apparently, in order to make more people aware of its tasty cheddars, they’ve fitted three 1966 Standard VW Microbuses to resemble blocks—or “Baby Loafs” in the company’s terminology—of the Pacific Northwest cheese.

Strikes us that as this is an outfit in Oregon, the VWs were probably daily-drivers parked in the company’s lot before undergoing the transformation.

*So, if the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile and a Baby Loaf Microbus had a collision, would the result be a cheddar-stuffed hotdog? (OK. Tomorrow we’ll get back to somewhat seriousness.)
