The SX4 Sedan is the latest member of Suzuki’s growing family, and—with its AWD crossover brother—will replace the Aerio in its lineup. Though technically feasible, all-wheel-drive won’t be offered on the sedan due to doubts about customer demand for the system. What buyers get in return is a well-equipped vehicle with 17-in. alloy wheels, four-wheel disc brakes with standard Bosch ABS, front seatbelt pre-tensioners and force limiters, front seat-mounted airbags, full side curtain airbags, and KYB shocks for $14,770. Traction control, electronic stability control (also supplied by Bosch), automatic climate control, Bluetooth access, iPod interface, keyless ignition, and four-speed automatic transmission are available as options.
